Jerry Mungle, Instructor
Jerry has been an approved Alabama real estate instructor since 2005. His designations include Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and ePRO (emphasizes the use of technology in the real estate profession. Jerry is an Associate Broker at Exit Rocket City Realty.
Our history
I started Huntsville Real Estate School in 2005 at the request of the owner of the brokerage where I was working at the time. He wanted a school to be included in his company. Since then I have kept the school going at various locations. We have graduated lots of students who became licensed real estate agents in Alabama, and we have been selling CE courses to real estate professionals since 2006.

Our mission is to provide quality real estate courses for (1) people who want to get into real estate and (2) agents who want to complete their continuing education requirements every two years,
