Post License Course
When you pass the Alabama Real Estate Salesperson exam, your license will be issued as a Temporary Salesperson license. In order to get your permanent Salesperson license, you must complete the Post License course. If you don’t complete this course within six months, your license will be inactive. If you don’t complete the Post License course within a year, your license will expire.
When you take this course online, you will progress through a series of lessons, and when you complete all the lessons, you must pass a proctored final exam.
